New group physical activities services in Gatineau on lunch hours for entreprises and civil servants!!

Monday to Thursday at 211, Montcalm Street, Gatineau, Hull sector near of crémazie street, St-Joseph and St-Laurent.

12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

Take your lunch hour to get active and have fun. Walking 1 kilometer can be done in 5 or 10 minutes, so you just have to organise correctly your schedule to be active on lunch hour. After that you will have your evening free and your health will benefit from physical activity.

Description of the physical activities:

Group work-out: Group trained by a kinesiologist who plan exercices in stations and other methods without coordination to music. This course allows a good expenditure of calories and offers an imposing variety of muscle-toning and aerobics exercises.

Play badminton or volleyball games in a recreational atmoshere. Kinéactif can borrow racquette.

Running or walking club : Run or walk on 140 meters indoor track – Training available on demand. We can borrow pedometer.

Indoor inline skating club: Skate while you listening music...at your own speed. Inline skaters will love to continue their aerobic training indoor during winter on a track of 110 mètres. The surface is smooth and very good to learn to inline skate slowly. (Rental skates and courses are available on demand)

Pilates and swiss ball exercises : Do exercises that are useful to strengh muscles of trunk and abdominals.

The present season ending on december 14th .
